Tri-Level Dormer In Plymouth

After seeing our other tri-level project a few blocks away, these Plymouth homeowners wanted to do the same. We ended up turning their tri-level into a quad-level and added a master suite as well. Additionally, we were able to turn their outdated three-season room into a finished dining room.


The bathroom included a custom-built shower with bench and a built-in niche. A rain shower head was added along with a custom-made shower door. Another quality upgrade we made for this Plymouth client was the heated floors by Nuheat. The vanities were outfitted with quartz tops and rectangular under mount sinks.


The homeowners added custom shelving in the walk-in closet and hardwood floors throughout.

Master Suite Addition In Plymouth

This project was for a past customer who wanted to build a master suite onto their home. We installed the new James Hardie siding and Andersen windows on this home a few years back so we were able to match all the siding, trim and windows to make the addition look like it was already part of the 1929 built home.
