Two Story Garage In Plymouth

This is a custom built two story garage with a mix of attic trusses and conventional framing. There is a dormer on the roof to add aesthetics and valuable space on the second floor along with a covered side entrance and "eyebrow" roof over the overhead door. The exterior is clad with 4" clapboard James Hardie Siding painted at the factory with a custom color. The trim boards are also custom painted with a mixture of Azek boards for the fascias and rakes and James Hardie boards. Andersen windows were installed with black painted exteriors.

Permanent stairs were built to the second floor to allow for a future office/work space. A 60 amp breaker panel was installed for all electrical work.
